Delivery Information

We at ShapingMalta employ Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Delivery Information are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.


  • South Region: Tuesdays & Thursdays (Orders are to be placed by 12:00pm/noon of the previous day)
  • North Region: Wednesdays & Saturdays (Orders are to be placed by 12:00pm/noon of the previous day)
  • Gozo Region: Saturdays Mornings  (Orders are to be placed by latest friday 12:00pm/noon)



Orders usually leave our store within 24 hours of processing during business days (customers will be notified via an email regarding the status of the order)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. 

Once your order has been submitted changes cannot be made therefor we kindly ask you to review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

In the event you need to change or update your order kindly email us on orders@shapingmalta.com including your "Order ID" and any requested changes. Our team will then proceed to update your order accordingly.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over €30.00c, a fee of €4.00c will be charged on orders below the stipulated amount.
